WPA was founded by Yurani Sandoval, whose experience as a Latina Mompreneur in traditional entrepreneurship programs revealed a critical gap in supporting an entrepreneur’s holistic well-being. Alongside other Latina mothers, she launched WPA to provide Spanish-language entrepreneurial and emotional education. Its science-based La Comunidad Women Palante program integrates business education, well-being, mindfulness, yoga, and connection to build a community for Latina women and their families. Through a community program, a cohort of 15 Latina women engages in bilingual training to develop business acumen, participates in wellness practices supporting personal and professional growth, and builds community through shared experience and inspiration, with access to experts and Builders Studio, an AI-powered platform that helps them move from idea to action with support from experienced founders. WPA empowers Latina women to redefine entrepreneurial success.
