General Information

  • Volunteer Opportunities / Responsibilities: We are looking for men to become mentors! There are opportunities for group or individual mentoring. It only takes 4 hours per month, on Saturday mornings or your own schedule, to help our boys become the Men of Excellence we know they can be.

    Responsibilities

    --One year commitment to program
    --Be able to donate 4-8 hours per month
    --Act as positive role model
    --Promote social maturity
    --Give praise
    --Be positive and encouraging
    --Listen to mentees
    --Respect students’ viewpoints and right to make their own decisions
  • Types of Volunteers Needed: individual/adult; adult groups of less than 5
  • Hours Needed: daytime on the weekend; business hours during the week
