- Volunteer Opportunities / Responsibilities: Students earning Student Service Learning Hours may participate in helping at our events, photographing the Reserve and providing research. We also need help specifically at screenings of our documentary "Growing Legacy".
Other opportunities include help with our LandLink program, event coordination, fundraising outreach and legal research - Types of Volunteers Needed: individual/adult; adult groups of less than 5; individual/high school; families with children
- Hours Needed: business hours during the week; evenings during the week; daytime on the weekend

Ride for the Reserve Fall Bike Tour
Please join Montgomery Countryside Alliance for the 15th anniversary of the Montgomery County Farm Tour to benefit the Reserve and our quest to protect this special place. You’ll enjoy quiet roads, rural landscapes with views of Sugarloaf Mountain. Riders will choose among routes of around 6, 18, 25 30+ and 62 miles including quiet, rolling landscapes dotted with the Reserve’s orchards, red barns and silos. Many of the routes include views of Sugarloaf Mountain. Beginners and experienced riders welcome! The ride ends at a gourmet picnic and pop up farmers market and each route includes rest stops. Sponsors and volunteers (we have SSL hours!) welcome
