  • Volunteer Opportunities / Responsibilities: Capitol Hill Village is a "volunteer first" organization, meaning that we use volunteers when we can to fill request from our members. Services request can range from gardening to transportation to friendly visiting and walks. CHV also relies greatly on volunteers to provide administrative duties, such as writing articles for our newsletter and working in the office.

    Our members request a variety of services, therefore, we welcome volunteers who have varied interests and skills.
  • Types of Volunteers Needed: individual/adult; individual/high school; families with children; adult groups of less than 5; adult groups of 6 or more, including corporate teams
  • Hours Needed: business hours during the week; evenings during the week; daytime on the weekend
