  • Volunteer Opportunities / Responsibilities: ESOL Tutors-Monday-Tuesday and Thursday during the evening
    GED Tutors
    Computer Tutors
    Employment Center-teach computer skills,help with resume writing and job search
    Life Skills Speakers-Life Skills classes are held every Wednesday night. Speakers with a special focus such as financial or health are always appreciated. Time is for one hour.
    Teenstretch Dinners-prepare meals for our after-school program that is held every Wednesday night. Meals can be cooked at home and delivered or purchased.
    Supply Drive-collect items our families need for their new homes and deliver to Homestretch. Items must be new. Items include baby diapers,baby wipes, toilet tissue, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags etc.
  • Types of Volunteers Needed: individual/adult; adult groups of less than 5; families with children; adult groups of 6 or more, including corporate teams
  • Hours Needed: business hours during the week; evenings during the week
